Bella Hadid and her post about mental health as a consequence of social media.

“Social media is not real.”
Recently Bella reminded us about how what we see on social media is fake, full of lies, and “backstage” things that are left without followers’ acknowledgment.
In her recent post, she shared multiple photos of her crying and captioned it with a small summary of truth about her breakdowns and burnouts and words of support for those who are struggling just like her from insecurities and painful self-perception because of effects that are caused by social media and the standards of appearance that are set even for top-class models. In the Instagram post, Bella is pointing out that the state of mental health and illnesses are mostly hidden by the popular users of media behind the glam posts from the runways or similar things. She was also trying to spread awareness of the fact that if your blog /Instagram page/Facebook page/etc is not mainly focused and specified on the theme of mental health and issues then letting your audience know about your struggles and spilling out some personal worries has become very hard these days.
The Glamorization of the modeling industry nowadays is closing the eyes of the media consumers on the serious issues that people involved in the industry can have and how through the lens of the desire to present only the best side of your life is destroying your own and your follower's perception of your persona, creating some kind of misinformation between the blogger and the audience.
